Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. Probably it’s known for one of the most popular cities in the world for it’s great diversity of leisure and culture. Don’t miss out to visit the Damnoen Saduak floating market, Garden of Roses and Ayutthaya.
Day 1: Arrival to Bangkok
Pick-up in the airport of Bangkok and take to the hotel. It’s your choice to have a free day and for a break. Overnight in Bangkok.
Day 2: Tour cultural en Bangkok. Gran Palacio Real, Buda Esmeralda, Templos y mercados
Breakfast in the hotel and visit the popular Grand Palace and the Wat Phra Kaew. The Grand Palace of Bangkok is a great architectural complex that consists of a group of buildings that served as the royal seat from the eighteenth century to the mid-twentieth century. The most important place of the palace is the Wat Phra Kaew Temple, which is where the Emerald Buddha is, carved out of jade in the fifteenth century and with only 45 inches tall, it is the most precious and revered in Thailand. Return to Hotel. Afternoon you can rest, go shopping or others. After this, we’ll head to a tour of the main temples of the city of Bangkok. We’ll start by visiting the Wat Traimit, famous for a history of more than 900 years and for being made entirely of gold. Then visit Wat Arun temple, near the Chao Praya River, possibly one of the most photographed temple of this famous city for its high tower. Lastly, we can see the beauty of Wat Poh, the famous Reclining Buddha for being the city"s oldest temple. Lastly we’ll admire the beauty of Sukhothai temple, Wat Benchamabophit. We have lunch in a typical Thai restaurant (food not included). In the afternoon we’ll go to the main markets of the city: Chinatown market, famous for it’s shops and corridors where you can buy anything from tea, medicinal plants and antiques. Lastly, we will visit the famous market Patpong, a world of imitations, with street stalls and neon lights and you’ll realize why the market is so famous. Return to Hotel.
Day 3: One Day Tour to the popular Damnoen Saduak floating market and Garden of Roses
Breakfast at the Hotel. We suggest a trip to the outskirts of Bangkok. Visit the famous Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, no more than 100 kilometers from the big city of Bangkok. It’s channels or Khlongs will leave you astonished. You’ll be able to canoe down a typical Thai floating market where you can buy from souvenirs to fresh food from rural areas of Thailand. We’ll move early time of the day by private, air-conditioned transportation and once inside the market, we’ll take the canoe to stroll the main channels of the floating market. Also we’ll visit the popular Garden of Roses, where we’ll watch typical Thailand dances; one performance comes from Muay Thai, a national sport of the country and other shows that make an overview of the history of Thailand. Enjoy this unique and popular experience while our local guide will explain in English the highlights of this famous Floating Market and Garden of Roses. Arrive about 4 pm to Bangkok. Return to hotel. Food is included at the Garden of Roses. Overnight in Bangkok.
Day 4: One Day Tour to Erawan National Park and Temple of tigers
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to a trip to the outskirts of Bangkok. Visit the beautiful Erawan waterfalls, possibly the most beautiful and spectacular of all Thailand. They consist of 7 levels; you should go level to level, through roads and very beautiful and lush passages. You can swim in the crystal clear waters and relax admiring the spectacular view of the Erawan National Park.
Lunch in local restaurant and continue to visit the Temple of the Tigers. In this place you can pet and feed the tigers, shoot photographs with one of tigers and see how they play with each other.
Day 5: One Day Tour to Ayutthaya and return by cruise in Chao Praya River
Breakfast at the Hotel. We propose a trip to the outskirts of Bangkok. Visit the ancient capital of the kingdom of Siam, Ayutthaya, just 80 kilometers from the big city Bangkok. You can not miss the ruins and temples of Ayutthaya. Visit the temples of Wat Phra Sanphet, Wat Mongkhon Bophit, Wat Chai Mongkol, Wat Panangcherng and also the popular summer palace of Rama IV. It is a cultural activity. Enjoy this unique and popular experience while our local guide explains in English the highlights of this ancient city of Thailand. The first way you come by private transportation with air-conditioning and your return is in a luxury cruise, where you can admire the spectacular, famous, Chao Praya river. We’ll arrive at 4 in the afternoon to Bangkok. Food is included. Overnight in Bangkok.
